MR. JAY V. MEHTA holds a degree in Business Management from Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Management Studies, Mumbai University (2007).
With approximately 15 of experience as a Civil Contractor, he spearheads business
development, marketing, and public relations at Renowise Consulting Engineers.
His unique blend of business acumen and practical expertise enables him to drive growth,
foster strong client relationships, and deliver effective solutions.
He has a vast experience in the repair and rehabilitation industry and that enables him to
provide precise, customized and cost-effective leakage solutions for dilapidated and high-rise
structures to maintain the structural integrity of the projects handled by him.His forte into handling public relations and client management drives the pace of the company
MR. VIVEK U. HATODE
MR. VIVEK U. HATODE holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Sardar Patel College of
Engineering, Mumbai University (1984). With approximately 40 years of experience in
structural engineering, he leads the technical department and provides expert consultancy
services. He holds structural engineering license of all the Municipal Corporations in and around the
city. His vast experience and expertise have earned him the biggest category license of 300
meters height making it the pride of our company.
As a seasoned technical expert, he shares his knowledge and ideas with clients, ensuring
seamless project execution and effective solutions. He specializes into structural designing for new buildings, dynamic analysis for earthquake and wind loadings and repair of dilapidated and high-rise structures.
MS. PRATHIKSHA B. SHETTY
MS. PRATHIKSHA B. SHETTY holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Shri Madhwa
Vadiraja Institute of Technology & Management (2017). With approximately 08 years of
experience in structural repairs, she oversees the structural repairs, ensuring timely and
budget-friendly solutions.
She holds technical license from Town Planning & Valuation Department, Government of
Maharashtra. As a skilled structural repairs specialist, she provides expert solutions into
execution of various structural and leakage problems, ensuring seamless execution and
client satisfaction.
She handles and oversees the complete project execution and the reporting of all projects for
a smooth project management.
